What to expect when the league starts on March 3rd:

8 weekly training sessions

8 organized weekend scrimmages

1 MLS team uniform kit

Scrimmages will be played in smaller than typical format but consistent with European soccer development milestones, focusing on small sided games to increase touches and movement.
