Coaches Oliver Barron (USSF ‘C’), Ayman Boutari (Dutch FC Skills Director), Christina Alstrin (SMU former female player) with years of coaching kids, lifelong players and obsessed soccer fans, are focused on small roster size to ensure individualized attention and playing experience/time.

1FIRST - DEVELOPMENT

We are equipping our girls with technical creativity and instilling a strategic and tactical intelligence so they can control the game with an aggressive attacking mindset while keeping possession of the ball. We employ small-sided games, scenarios (e.g. building up in our own half), other activities that provide players with what they LIKE (PLAY!!!) and with what they NEED to analyze the game, make decisions, be creative with their own solutions, and to ultimately become independent, critical thinkers.

2SECOND - COMPETITION

Through key actions associated with leading practices, coaching games, leading the player and team, we ensure the girls have a desire to win but not at the expense of the enjoyment and development of the individual and by extension the team.

3THIRD - ENJOYMENT

Although listed third, ENJOYMENT, is a KEY PRIORITY and we endeavor every practice and game to create an atmosphere that promotes the enjoyment of participating in the sport of soccer!
