As a former player who had the opportunity to play in the Dallas Cup – I can say, with confidence, that it was one of the most memorable experiences of my career. The prestige, the culture, and especially the level of competition, made it a truly unique experience.
In today’s post we’re going to give quick history of the tournament and highlight the aspects that make it such a unique event.

As a 16 year-old from Texas who’d never travelled internationally – getting to host and hang out with player’s from Tigress UANL in Mexico and competing against Preston North End, an English club and one of the oldest in the world, were some of my first experiences interacting withies my age from other countries.
