  • Always start slow and encourage your child to start juggling at a slow and steady pace to get the hang of it. It is important to emphasize control over speed at the beginning.
  • Eventually, start counting each touch they make on the ball without it touching the ground. This way, you can track their progress.
  • It is important for the children to alternate between their various body parts while juggling, since this will help them develop coordination between the different surfaces of their body.
  • Once the child becomes comfortable with the basics, challenge them to increase the difficulty level by incorporating more touches within a timeframe.
