Hello, I'm Gavin, a Registered Sports Nutritionist (SENR) and UEFA B Soccer Coach committed to unlocking your young soccer player's full potential, both on and off the field.
Currently serving as the Juniors Director for Dallas Surf Soccer Club, where I lead the technical development of u8 to u12 players, I bring over 20 years of coaching experience between the USA and the UK. Notably, I've worked with elite-level youth players at Manchester City Academy.
I've had the privilege of playing for esteemed clubs such as Walsall, Aston Villa, and West Bromwich Albion. This firsthand experience provides me with an understanding of the path to the elite level and the vital role nutrition plays in gaining a competitive edge.
Fueling this passion, I founded Eat Train Perform LLC, a sports nutrition company offering personalized coaching, group workshops, and nutrition e-guides. We're here to fuel their game, boost endurance, and accelerate recovery.

Master The Ball, Master The Game (Technical Training Group)
Join our 45-minute small group training to help players aged 7-12 master the ball. Training is focused on technical repetition and skill acquisition. Learning to master the basics of ball mastery, and individual technique (dribbling, moves, turns, receiving, etc). Sessions are from 5-5:45 pm on Mondays and Thursdays at Alliance Park, Roanoke.
